The following types of communication are encouraged:
- opinions on public figures, ideologies, policies, concepts, and events
- your personal experience with the current topic
- opinions about the quality of the article
- opinions about InDaily in general
The following types of communication are subject to moderation:
- attacks on other commenters
- attacks based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, religion, and other vulnerable groups
- personal attacks towards Solstice Media staff
- defamatory statements
- threats of violence or encouragement of violent actions
- off-topic arguments with other commenters
- complaints about moderation decisions made in other threads
- misinformation and disinformation
- spam, scams, and self-promotion
- posting parts of the article with the intention of discouraging website visits
- links to content outside of Solstice Media publications
- low-substance comments that only contain “reaction GIFs”, links, or emojis.
Restricting comments:
- in an effort to reduce spam, commenting is restricted to accounts who have followed InDaily for at least 24 hours
- comment threads may be closed if reasonable moderation methods have been exhausted
- comment threads may be closed if there are too many off-topic arguments
- comment threads may be pre-emptively closed if there is a strong risk of defamation or harassment of vulnerable groups
- using our comment threads to discuss moderation decisions is not permitted

- try to be interesting. We have to read the same clichés and slogans that you repeat in every thread.
